Poor service

I must say I am deeply disappointed and I now think of my ties with time miway. everytime I call for help, I must be told things that don't apply. I spoke to George earlier and promised he will call me back but as usual, that did not happen.

here is the thing, I hit a dog Sunday night on my way from work and my front bumper is now damaged and would wish to have it replaced, and to also fix the dents on my car. George or whoever I spoke to told me I have to pay access fee of R3000 which is not for the 1st time this happen. He said he will put me to the correct deptmnt. I told him tht if im gonna hold on for a long time Im gonna run out of airtime. he said call me back. I was not surprised when he didn't cause I know it was not gonna happen.

My number is 0717009239. if I don't get a call before the end of tomorrow, there are so may insurance company that I have turned down with less monthly payment as I thot loyalty pays but not in this way. I will simply cancel and find another insurance.

Please tell your call centre agents to read our information before telling us. As far as I know I DONT HAVE ACCESS ON MY INSURANE. call me and help me. I giv u one day to do so.
