Very disappointed with the service I have received from MiWay barely 3 months with the Insurer. My account was debited with 32% over the agreed premium Very Shocking I then called your call centre and spoke to quite a number of consultants to notify you about this - to receive an answer that was rather disturbing that you are not "certain" why that had happen. All this was reported to MiWay on the 26th of July 2013 and to date the refund is still not reflecting on my account. I have contacted MiWay over a numerous times and I am rather uncertain what will happen should I have a serious claim. I mean, if you guys take merely over 3 weeks to solve a simple refund, how long will it take to resolve a serious claim?
Would one really stay with such an insurer?
