Why did I change Insurers?

Margaret is totally not in the business of enhancing her employers profile with their clients. She does not respond to my emails, is totally reactive, I must follow up with her, she allocates my claim to the wrong panelbeater and when confronted with all this substandard service and lack of competence, she does not offer and resolution.
I switched to MiWay and now I literally don't have the benefit and peace of mind of insurance... and the service received from Margaret is non-existent. She simply does not care and seems to think that her existence at MiWay is a favour to the world.

MiWay - there's NoWay that I will allow this to happen to me and will ensure that my "circle of influence" know about your tardiness, incompetence and false advertising around your service standards!
