WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE

I spoke to one of your agents today and she agreed that you would debit me at on the 1st as usual for my NORMAL installment and that I would pay extra via eft. Yet tonight, the 13th, which is no where near my payday, you try to debit my account. The debit will be returned. You now owe me R160 for the fee you caused me.
YOU WILL CANCEL ALL DEBIT ORDERS NOW. You and your bank can obviously not be trusted to follow your word.
