Hello Peter,
On the 13th of July I called African Bank and changed my banking details, I have made a payment agreement and the guy who was assisting me was so helpful and i was happy at the end of the call. Today to my surprise the debit orders on my account were not the amount that we have agreed upon. They have ripped my acc and now I am unable to pay my kids school fees.
I am so disappointed about this and do believe how they can do this on my account without my concern.
Please help and reverse the unauthorised debit orders, African Bank please assist URGENTLY!!!
