I phoned to change my debit order - agent informs me he cannot change it because it's after payday and debit order must be on payday. But FNB take their money in the mornings and I work for a Private Company which pay any time of the day. Now FNB takes Bank charges because their Debit Order was returned - WHAT DO THEY EXPECT IF I CANNOT CHANGE MY DEBIT ORDER DATE. I want to resolve the returned Debit Orders and FNB don't care - they just want to see how they can deduct extra money from me when I cannot afford it. R299.00 for a returned Debit Order when it's FNB's mistake and hard-headedness. They were great but now I think they slacking with service and assisting their customer in the best way possible. This don't care attitude was unexpected and I'm heartbroken and disappointed in them. Shame on you, FNB.
