ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE

A FEW MONTHS AGO I SETTLED MY ACCOUNT WITH RCS, THEN MY ACCOUNT WAS CLONED AND I WAS TOLD BY RCS CONSULTANTS THAT MY ACCOUNT WOULD BE FROZEN PENDING THE OUTCOME OF AN INVESTIGATION. THE PURCHASES WERE EVENTUALLY CLEARED NOW AFTER ALL THESE MONTHS I NEVER GOT A STATEMENT AND THEN I GET AN SMS STATING I MUST CONTACT RCS BECAUSE I AM BEING HANDED OVER FOR NONE PAYMENT. TOTALLY CONFUSED I CONTACTED RCS AND EVENTUALLY WAS TOLD THAT THE CHARGES FOR THOSE PURCHASES WERE NEVER CLEARED SO THEY WOULD HAVE TO CLEAR IT NOW. HAD I IGNORED THE SMS I RECEIVED I COULD HAVE BEEN LISTED ON ITC BECAUSE SOMEONE AT RCS, IT IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR THINGS LIKE THIS TO HAPPEN. IT COST ME TIME AND MONEY TO PHONE AROUND TO FIND OUT WHATS GOING ON WHEN IN-FACT ITS NOT MY FAULT. IS THERE NO-ONE WHO FOLLOWS UP ON THINGS LIKE THIS, I MEAN THIS SORT OF THING PUTS PEOPLES CREDIT RECORDS IN JEOPARDY.
