I was owing Nsfas, but was paying through debit orders and they also after deducted from my persal. Ithen decided to settle the account through through Electronic Transfer Funds, I then called to find out if they have received the amount, they said they did. I then ask for a refund since the transferred money was more than the settlement amount, they told me about 10 days waiting period. What confuses now is that they dont stop deducting from my persal and it is affecting my credit record because my payslip reflects a little net salary in such a way that i don't qualify to buy anything on credit. I have requested them to stop these deduction because they are hindering the progress of my family as well as to credit me back with the amount I paid in excess. I know you will sort these out with the trust that that I have on you.
