A while ago I posted a complaint about a purchase that was made on my account.
We did receive a call as well as a letter stating that all was back to normal. Unfotunately that is not the case. Yes, the amount in question was removed but not the overdue charges due to that amount.
We will be paying the amount before all this happened. As I have told u previously, I wanted to pay the installments before and was told that the account could not be accessed.
How are we at fault?
No that the account has been re-opened we have in fact made payments but still we are receiving letters stating that we are not paying and that further purchases will be declined.
That's fine. I do not want to make further purchases. I want to pay the amount I actually do owe and close this account.
And I repeat. I will not be paying the overdue charges.
Also, I haven't received one statement in months and I have requested them before.
I can't even see what is going on, on my account. And yes.. I have tried in on my phone too.
