Living proof of the "AWESOME SERVICE" motto

I called Outsurance to add a vehicle onto my current policy and afterward was directed through to Sadhna to see if she, as Retentions Officer, could offer me improved premiums on my complete portfolio. She dealt with me in an extremely professional, yet very friendly manner that made me trust that she had my interests at heart. At the end of the 10 minute call, she had managed to offer me significantly reduced premiums on my portfolio and offered relevant advice on ways to manage my insurance going forward. The telephonic interaction ended by my complimenting her... and she complimenting me on MY ATTITUDE in return, as if to say "just happy that I have made you one more very satisfied Customer".

I WAS left an extremely satisfied and loyal customer. I did not initiate the call for this reason, but felt that true, RETAINING value was added by Sadhna. On conclusion of the interaction with her, I immediately highlighted this excellence to my colleagues and my partner. I hope this will lead to some new Customers for Outsurance.
