I originally called to cancel my exiting Insurance policy citing affordability concerns for the insured item, only for me to strangely end up with new insurance with Outsurance. Her followups were very good, kept me up-to-date and called me when she said she would. So much so, that I added more items to my portfolio with them.
My previous experience with Outsurance many years back was really good but eventually couldn't afford their premiums, well they surprised me this time, they were lower than all quotes I received but more importantly it gave me the opportunity to once bring my other vehicle in and have the peace of mind that my personal items will be well covered.
