I contacted the Outsurance Call Centre earlier today to query on including my 2 new handsets on my "out and about". Initially, Thabile quoted me an amount which was higher than the price being offered by the Network's insurance. However, she went the extra mile and forwarded my query onto Sadhna. Sadhna was awesome! She was able to include both my handsets at next to nothing AND reduced my premiums on the rest of my insurance portfolio with Outsurance! At the end of the day, instead of paying close to R400 in insurance for the 2 phones, Sadhna was able to ensure that i only pay an additional R50 (which included enhanced benefits across the rest of my Outsurance products!). Now THAT is service!
