Good day, i would like to thank Gavin for his efficient service. He definately went the extra mile during my recent interaction with him. The first time we spoke he offered to call me back so that i would not be out of pocket for the phone call. He helped me compare quotes on my life insurance between Outsurance and
FNB. Although Gavin made every attempt to beat FNB's quote, it was not possible. He did however show me where Outsurance offered a little more than that of FNB did. He also mentioned to me that the Outsurance offered an outbonus, and therefore would pay me back some premiums, something of which FNB did not offer. I would like to thank Gavin for all his efforts, and hope that his superiors give him the neccesary recognition for his expectional service.
