Fristly I do not know if this a complaint or a compliment.

Today my phone rings, its one of your agent and she wanted to speak to my mother, I handed over the phone to her she spoke to the agent. She managed to get some of her information like her id number after the call my mother was confused and still could not understand what was the call about. Luckly I was standing next to her I could gather some information tha her card will soon expire she needs to renew it.

My mother is old and cannot grab all the information give to her she will tend to agree with everything that she is told and after all that she will ask me what was said?

I then decided to give your sales department a call but still the agent insisted to speak to her, I handed over the phone to her again and still after the call she ask me what was said. We are sitting in the dark with no clearity of what is going on. The information I could gather is still about her card that needs to be renewed.

I do understand that due to the nature of your business you cannot speak to me, but your client still does'nt understand whats going on I tried to explan it with the little info I could gather but still she needs m
