Bad Travel Agent with Attitude

Charlie van der Walt assisted my parents with booking a cruise for May. She was helpful the first time we got to the branch to ask for more information, afterwards the service went from bad to worse. She got them the quote, after my mother had to call the Pentravel branch 3 times to get a response. When they decided the price was right and they wished to book the cruise, my mom and dad went there to get more information about the pricing, visas, flights etc. she had a stinky attitude. They are still waiting for the requested information, and this is more than two weeks ago. I had told my parents to take their business elsewhere. She sent my mother a email after they left the branch that day. I would prefer to pay in the difference if they booked a more expensive holiday somewhere else just not to give that woman the money. Of course my mom doesn't want to say anything, but because I am in the cruising industry I feel they should be treated with more respect seeing as she will make commission out of them that she doesn't deserve!
