On Monday 16 Sept 2013 @ 09h00 am. I received a call from an agent requesting to speak to me about an account I have with FNB, I was intersted in what she had to say but could not speak 'cause i was on another call and preparing for an internal meeting at work. I requsted the agent contact me in the afternoon after 15h00 'cause by then my doctors appointment would be finished and I would have free time to talk to the agent.
Then the worse thing ever happened, the agent called back on my work switchboard number & asked to speak to my superiors and this happened. This agent spoke to my manager and divulged person information.
I have spoken to her again today and she has been rude again & have incorrect facts.
Why does Blake hire such unprofessional staff?
I have dealt with Blake in the past and was very satisfied with the professional service but this lady that is handling my case is a NO NO and shoudl be coached properly on how to deal with client or Blake should just fire her for bringing their name in disrepute.
