I complained earlier through Hello Peter that I attempted to register at Saipa as a tax practitioner but never received a confirmation of receipt of my registration. (I understand there is a backlog on the registrations, that is not what the complaint is about.)
I was contacted by Mr Pietersen the day of the complaint and he explained the backlog and tried to find my application. During the course of the day he phoned me multiple times and finally asked me to email the documents required for the registration through again. I did it, and after that I haven't heard from him again. I may have missed a call, but received no voice mails or e-mails, all though I did send an e-mail inquiring on the situation. I did not phone SAIPA this time, I was given the runaround so much the previous time I did not feel up to it again. I spoke to Mr Pietersen on 27 August, and followed up per e-mail on 10 September.
I just want confirmation that my application was received.
