Frustrating lack of response

I have been struggling to register for 2 months now.

I submitted my onlie registration on 2nd December and it has still not been finalised. Registrations close this Friday and I cannot afford to wait a year before studying!

On myUnisa I get a message showing that my application was received. However if I check the status of my registration I get this message: "Dear Student, we have no record of any application for registration for the current registration period via the online registration system."

If I try to register again the qualification code is no longer there and so I cannot proceed.

I have been trying to contact UNISA for assistance on 012 441 5888 but I cannot get through. I have also sent multiple emails to which I have received no response. I do not know where to turn next?!
