I completed my SAIPA Articles on the 5th of January 2013, where after completion, send my SAIPA Logbook to their offices via registered mail. After two week I send via email, a request to them just to confirm that they have received my Logbook. After 6 emails, to various people, I have not to date heard anything from SAIPA. They need to issue my certificate of completion ASAP, as I'm moving to the Northern Cape in April.
