I went to Unisa Sunnyside campus on the 24/07/2013 to register for a Bcom Marketing management programme, I received the registration confirmation letter stating the deposit I needed to pay and subject I have registered for, on the 31/07/2013, I made a deposit of R1700.80, a week later I called the Unisa student enquiry line to follow up on my payment and the registration application, the one lady told me she couldn't find my application form on the system, I advised her that I did receive the confirmation letter, she asked me to email the letter to Infoservices, I did so, en I received the automated response, it's been a week later en nobody contacted me to advise me about my query, until I called them again today, and the lady I spoke to, told me that the registration application didn't go through because I did not re-new my conditional exemption, en now its late to re-new because registrations are closed which means I need wait until next year to re-register again,
My concern is, wasn't I supposed to be informed about renewing my conditional exemption, initially when I was applying
