I am so disgusted with how the Auto and General Handled my car insurance policy, apparentley one of the consultand who represent Autogeneral CCARLTON INSURANCE sold me the insurance policy and and i put a notice to cancell my insurance with an impression of switching to less comprehensive cover on friday while driving a cunsultant call me from Autogeneral telling me that my insurance was not full cover was only for total loss and debit order alredy processed i need to reverse it with my bank. unfortunatley some of the consultant not considering that some of us we fais compliant and understand insurance industry work that is mis informing the client iam realey disgusted with auto&general.
