Unauthorized debit order for Multiply

Only last week we found out that the Momentum debit order that was running since 2006 was not a policy but a service like Vitality of Discovery Health. PSG was looking into our portfolio and came back to tell us that it was not a policy that was deducted since 2006. We contacted Momentum. We informed them that it was never introduced to us or explained to us. We have been contacted in the period since 2006 when the debit order was not paid via telephone and because we thought it was insurance we always kept it up to date. A consultant with the name Thato kept on saying that we had contact and that is proof we knew what it was and that it was an absolute! The fact that it was a debit order authorised for insurance and Multiply just added play no role in the conversation or case. While I was busy with international clients I was phoned continuously and could not discuss the matter in front of them did not matter. I specifically told them by e-mail not to submit any debit order again for this and to take it up with senior advisors and with the Board to see if we can not come to an agreement to take the monies as payment towards my insurance. I am awaiting better response!!!
