Im outraged at the matter of which the claim was handled.
I am officially laying a complaint again the outcome I have received for the above mentioned claim.
Firstly I have been advised that the amount of R18970 will be settled of which I do not agree. Only a few days ago I was told that a prejudice of 35% gets deduced as well as my father was not the driver of the car at the time of accident. This is as the policy that I have doesn't state this.
The policy that we have in our possession states that a extra amount of R2000 will be added is the policy owneris not the driver at the time of accident . suddenly there is prejudice!!!

Secondly: Who the is Savage Yard. Why do we need to contact them if we want to buy back the car. In all my communication with Thobile this was never advised.
