I called the call centre on Tuesday to get a quote to add Credit Protection to my car Insurance. I spoke to a consultant, Tarryn who assured me she will call me back during the course of the day. She never called! I am a new client and this lack of integrity and service has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I quite frankly do not want to do business with a company who conducts themselves in this manner. Two days later I call the call centre back to cancel my policy, I spoke to Gomotso who was extremely apologetic and assured me this does not usually happen but promised to get somebody to call me back to do the cancellation and yet again this never happened. I am going into hospital to have a baby and need this wrapped up urgently. I want somebody to contact me back today and my policy cancelled immediately!
