I was cancelling my insurance with FFW as I had received a cheaper quote. Mohammed asked me if the new quote included all the benefits I had with FFW, just to make sure I was indeed getting value for my money. He also didnt try to force me to stay with FFW, which I greatly appreciated, and indicated that I would be most welcome to come back to FFW if I wanted to. He offered great service indeed. He really knows how to treat a lady. Big ups to FFW!
