Good day

I am an existing client with Santam. On Tues 1 Oct after 14h00 I phoned your call centre on 0860444444 to obtain a quote for my nephew, who is a law student and also working for a law company so he is rather busy, I offered to assist him by getting 3 comparitive quotes, he is currently with Outsurance. I obtained 2 quotes from 2 other companies on the same day in full agreement that they would email MY NEPHEW, and if he decided to take the insurance HE would call in to to do the necessary. Well i phoned Santam and spoke to Danie, he said he couldn't do it as it was not company policy I explained the above story, and then finally said give me your nephews cell no, which I did and 'I will phone him get permission from him and call you back 'well I waited and waited NO CALL . I have asked my nephew if someone called him he said no. At least have the courtesy to call me back, it has left a rather bitter taste in my mouth. My nephew has gone with another Company. I used to rave about you people and now I cant.
