UNETHICAL BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES

I've applied for a credit card in July 2013 . Someone else start using my card, visited the branch to verify and indeed some of my details were changed so i dont receive notifications, on my phone and an incorrect email address was registered. This coud only have been doen internally. Payments have been deducted from my bank account for a card i used twice. they said my account is under investigation and no response or feedback. I've send them documents they've required haven't received any feedback and I'm still paying for a credit card I haven't used. i am regretful as a consumer that i signed with African Bank and i will never refer the bank to anyone. i am hopeful that people will catch on and realise the bad service and bad business practises that is encouraged by this institution. I wish i never had to approach them for credit, i feel i am in the worse situation ever.
