Lock my account with out contacting me

Fnb blocked my account with out any prior notification. When i wanted to sort it out there was no help or any assistance from their call center. My last resort was to go in to a FNB branch and sort it out that way. when i got there they told me that some one from business bank put a hold on my account because there was suspicious transactions. But unfortunately they can only sort it out on Monday. It is end of the month and I Cant use my card or do any payments. My salary was paid in to my account and now i cant do anything. What am I going to do and all FNB can say is Sorry. That does not help me at all! FNB needs to do better that sorry.
