THIS IS WHY I'VE MOVED TO FNB

I tried to go into my online banking today to check the balances on my accounts and was unable to do so because Nedbank, in their wisdom, have cancelled the Profile that I've been using for years because some bright spark noticed that there were a number of Profile No's for the same accounts. But, do they cancel those that have never been used?! Oh no, why would they try and be logical about it? Why would they bother to phone the client to find out which one is being used? This is why after years of putting up with their incompetence I have moved my account to First National Bank! Now I have to go into their Branch and waste my time because of their incompetence!!!
