I have been asking a particular consultant in the credit card division REPEATEDLY, via email, to respond to some questions about a dispute that I have been having with FNB regarding a credit card reversal on a 1time flight I had purchased last year. Following her silence, I also sent an email raising the same queries to [Email Removed] on 24 May but I still haven't heard anything from ANYONE (I have a full paper trail to prove that I have been actively seeking a response). So much for your promises to help FNB.
I love my branch (Century City) and I am a big fan of eBucks. But despite this, my recent experience with the dispute in question and how it has been handled subsequently, is really making me want to run a distant mile from FNB!!!
