I've been having so many internet banking headaches with Standard Bank. From errors like Can't transfer from account type to E17 Limits, and no-one was ever able to assist. I went through branch, to secure messaging to calling the service center to the complaints email to Hello Peter.
Everyone said there wasn't a problem with my account, and I was still having an issue - about to give up and close the account when...
I got in touch with Farhaana Jogee, from the call center in Constantia. She quickly logged a INC with IT and sent me a follow-up that its been resolved. I tried transferring and its working.
Well done to Farhaana and the IT Team who fixed my problem. Keep up the good work.
