My internet banking login suddenly stopped working and I need to access my internet banking.
So, I used their online tool to reset the password, etc and guess what, it doesn't work at all.
So, I call the call center and it's 7.45pm so no one is available to help me. I'm a premier client, but can't seem to get anywhere near premier services with FNB these days.
What good is having 24/7 Internet banking without a 24/7 call center who can help you when the thing stops working?
