Wow, what a mission to get hold of you.
I have been calling 012 442 0100 for the past 5 days trying to get feedback on my claim that was submitted back by the assessors on 25 November after they had come out and looked at the damage and I just get put on hold and I hold for 30 - 45 minutes without success.
I have emailed HOCclaims [Email Removed] [Email Removed] I get read receipts but nobody thinks it is important to come back to me
I now phoned the assessor to see if they can't help and they gave me your email address.
I have lodged a complaint on Hellopeter and still no response, so I really do not know what to do any more.

I am hoping that you will be able to give me feedback on when I can expect payment of my claim.
It is for claim no 2479459, for S and GAP Joubert, at 141 B Bosduif singel, Wierda Park, Centurion.

I lodged a claim when lightning struck our security gate, camera, screen etc. It was agreed that I could get out my service provider ABSA would repay me. I have paid the nearly R15 000 to the supplier, and now I'm not getting any feedback on my claim.

Please can you let me know how far my claim is and when I can expect
