Auto&General - Breach of Trust - Violation

In July I unknowingly missed a premium with A&G. My error for not canceling prior insurance with M&F.
Both companies debit went off on the same day. Nedbank paid M&F but rejected A&G. Account balance was fine, me thinking all good. August & September debits go through.
2nd week in September my wife informs me that R1009.33 has been taken from her account by ABSA V/Finance. Does not make sense as we pay on time every time, never late or short.
ABSA explains that A&G sent through a request for payment for insurance premiums in arrear??
How? Why? Is this for Real? why have I not been informed? am I not the A&G client? did ABSA nominate A&G as insurers or did I?? I don't care about the banks relationship with A&G or vice versa. Why did A&G not disclose this to me during the initiation speech on disclosure??

I appointed A&G, gave them my Nedbank Acc. I also mentioned that the vehicle was on my wifes name and financed through her bank. No more details.

How did A&G disregard me. No Letters! No Emails! Nothing!
Sanlam recommended A&G, why would they put their good name next to A&G?
is this not a violation? I feel violated and disgusted!!
