ABSA Car, Not helpful at all

My wife received a call from ABSA that they have paid Auto and General Car Insurance because our debit order was returned. i then call ABSA call center, spoke with Renilwe Moswane. explained to her that we have cancelled Auto and General long ago and we are now with Dial direct, and how come absa pays for the insurance that we are not active on, and we have been paying for dial direct.

I never get any straight answer, was transfer pillar to post. called auto and general they confirmed that policy was cancelled long time ago which i am also awere of, and we have active policy with Dail direct, The big question is why would ABSA pay a vechile insurance on our behalf which is not affiliated with them and thay we are not using, and auto and general do not have records of them requesting Absa to pay,

And due to this our account is is areas... i want the areas clear, we do not owe any one anything. it is ABsa own mistake.

and as for Renilwe Moswane, i dont know why does she even bother goes to work, beacuse she require some professionalis teaching...
