I contacted first for women insurance this year in June and got a cover with them. They promised me a good service but I haven't received it not even one bit. I was due for my vehicle inspection and I drove from Burgersfort to Polokwane (300 km) just to get to Glassfit cos that's where I could do the vehicle inspection. When I got there the people at Glassfit said first for women cancelled the inspection and when I called FFW they said the vehicle inspection has been done, and I said that's impossible, only to find out that the certificate attached to my policy was not mine. FFW said they will give me until the 6th September and I drove again 300 km to get my vehicle inspected and when I got there, same story again that they cancelled it. I begged them to just do the inspection and they did, I faxed through the certificate but still FFW has the old wrong certificate attached to my policy. I can't be driving 300 km every time. This needs to be sorted out because why the am I paying my premiums for if I'm not covered?
