No longer have account but money debited

My ex-wife, who has now remarried and WOULD have given them her bank details, took out a new car policy with A & G. Because I still had my details on the system (last debit on my policy was 01/06/2012), their computer system (which they acknowledge had a glitch) picked up my details and has twice debited my account before I realised it.

I have been in contact with them - they will give me a refund, but seem to forget the small thing of bank charges that I have incurred (2 debit orders and now a refund) and refuse to contact my bank (Nedbank) to find out what those charges are/will be, citing some nonsense about FICA.! They can cheerfully debit my account without FICA clearance but cannot find out what the charges are - Mark 2! No, I must do all the work and let them know what is the outcome FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY UP AND I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH! A & G, you!
