Debiting my account with amounts I didnt agree to

I reinstated my insurance policy with Oakhurts Insurance, my pay day is the 20th they decide to debit me on the 19th..who gives them the right to debit my account a day before the agreed upon date, and to add insult to injury they now tell me all the extra amounts they debited my account with first has to be reviewed and recordings has to be listened to... its the second month I tell them not to debit me a day before my pay date but clearly they dont listen..now I have to wait for them until they have done what they wanted to do before they refund me the EXTRA money they took.. I am going to cancel my insurance with them and go back to Dial Direct I got better service there anyway.
