I called Virgin Insurance to give me a quote and they they put the insurance to go off on the 1st Feb 2013. They also told me that before it goes off that I can cancel at any point. Called today and the consultant said they cannot cancel and the debit order will go off. This is against the consumer protection act and if you do not sort this out I will take you to the Ombudsman. Terrible insurance combined with terrible service. Call me to sort this out or cancel the policy. Listen to the voice recording as well if you do not believe me.
