HATE STANDARD BANK

I applied for a Pledge application on thE 16th August, on the 2nd September it was approved and I was told to go into a bank to collect it. when I got to the bank they told me they cant print it, she called homeloans and got a consultant to email it to me, the certificate however was blank! Today 11 September I called the bank to send me the Pledge Certificate but they consultant says there was never a pledge app or a approved amount! NO HOW THE DOES STANDARD BANK TELL YOU ONE THING AND REMOVE IT AND SAY IT WAS NEVER THERE? I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF SOMEONE COULD SORT THIS OUT ASAP!
