2 weeks today since I applied for a Pledge and all documentation was submitted and acknowledged.
Since then, no word from SBSA Home Loans...
I have been a customer for 23 years, had a previous bond with them and easily qualify for the size bond/pledge that I applied for. What is the problem? Why so long to give an answer? Should I just take my business elsewhere?
