I have asked my account to be closed by Standard bank so many times and they just kept on adding bank charges to an account that is not being used. I wanted to be able to close the account without going to a standard bank branch. But instead of that I have been handed over to attorneys. Standard bank's processes and it is just easier for them to hand over customers than to change the process of having the customer going to the branch for every little transaction. Anyways, I am glad that I cancelled this account with you. I am now left with one account which is a home loan and as soon as I can I will be taking that too from you guys. Thanks once again
