ABSA called me to sell me a contract for maintenance/mechanical breakdown insurance. I accepted it, however when i received the documents explaining the benefits I realised a lot which i thought it would cover was excluded. I called to cancel it on the 18 June 13 they said it takes 21 working days. I found out iit is still not cancelled and when i phoned today they told me even if they cancel it I will still continue paying for it as ABSA bought it upfront. Why must i pay for a service i am not getting?
