I recently bought a TV set (LG) at Hi-Fi Corp Centurion with Extended Warranty (EW), financed by Hi_Finance (Maravedi). Whilst I was still paying for the set, it got and i submitted a claim for a replacement TV (SANSUI), which they approved and I got a replacement TV of a lesser value than the initial set. The TV broke and i took it back for repairs of which i am told they are unable to repair it. The initial EW which I paid for was never carried over to the replacement TV, and I was never reimbursed the difference of the two sets. In essence i lost the warranty and difference and now I am sitting WITHOUT a TV.I have been to the shop I dont know how many times and i am not getting a response and I have also called numerous times to their contact center with no success at all. I have been sent back and forth from pillar to post and someone needs to account. Its almost as if the finance staff and store management are working is silos and nobody knows what the other is doing. All I need is a new TV set to the value of the initial TV set (LG). This is just poor customer service! I need this sorted ASAP!
