I called to enquire why i wasnt receiving special discounted rates for a tracking device fitted on my car. the consultant took time to go through my profile and connected me to the tracking device company and we all went thru my profile n my quiery was answered to my satisfaction. in the end i was told that they have updated my acc to reflect the discounted rates on my tracking device offered to miway clients.
