From the 30/09/2013 have been requesting a paid up letter from the above company which i am not getting i only get a stop letter which was suppose to be send to my H.R Finance. On the above mentioned date R5487 was paid to settle the account and on the 31/09/2013 was garnisheed from my salary i have been requesting a refund and told to email the bank statement with my identity using the following email address [Email Removed] or [Email Removed] which the are saying they haven't received those emails have 20 send ten emails and one fax which they deny receiving.
