I have been trying to do a few basic applications on FNB online sales.
Some of the problems I have encountered is: Will not accept 8000 as a postal code, will not accept my account number as a recognised FNB account, says "no data received" when trying to go to next page, the drop down menu to choose account does not drop down, just a blue block, and these are just the main hassles I have encountered. All these problems stop me from applying further on the sales page.
I have mentioned all these problems on FNB's complaints and suggestions, quite some time ago, but nothing seems to be done about it.
I have applied trouble-free at other banks now, and seriously considering taking my whole account elsewhere too.
