Failure to help

I got in a car accident, towing truck came to fetch my car and when i brought this up with my insurance they said they dont for that towing service. Now i want to know, right after a car accident while im in shock and its weekend, how must I know what towing truck services I can use or not.

I feel this is sooooo stupid, they are so full of promises when you take out your insurance but never want to help when something actually happens. I am so disappointed, really expected more from them.
