Ok so i had a claim last year, not a biggy King price didnt pay, they rejected my claim, they never sent me a full policy document for the terms and conditions of their cover. They cant find certain calls that I NEED, how convininient, thats not the point my car is fixed now. BUT i have recieved a full assessment report from these people indicating my car DAMAGE was on the outside, when the car was towed our car inside was as it was the day we bought it. Funny though when we went to the Panel BEATERS they took my car to. I FOUND MY SPARE WHEEL WAS, MY CUBBY WHOLE WAS BROKEN, MY INDICATOR WAS LOOSE, AND THEY FIDDLED WITH MY PEDALS LIKE THEY WERE TRYING TO REMOVE SOMETHING, MY BRAND NEW BATTERY WAS AND REPLACED WITH AN OLD ONE. Now my question is WHAT THE WERE THEY DOING INSIDE MY CAR BECAUSE THERE WAS NO DAMAGE OR ANYTHING WITH MY CAR, their Panel beaters PARTS IN MY CAR, DAMAGED MY CAR INSIDE, AND ALL IM GETTING FROM THESE PEOPLE IS IGNORED EMAILS. NOW who is rESPONSIBLE for the DAMAGE ON MY CAR... HERES HOW I SEE IT THESE PANEL BEATERS TAKE PARTS FROM CARS AS SOON AS THEY HEAR THE CAR IS A WRITE OFF, TO RE USE TO FIX ON OTHER CARS.
