For excellent hassle-free personalised service, go to Easyway who do assessments of motor vehicle damage claims, etc. Everyone there is polite, friendly, respectful, and they have a great attitude. Their coffee and biscuits that one can help oneself to while waiting the few minutes for the assessment are delicious AND the staff even help out with this, like Maitre d's. These guys are really great, and they deserve the highest praise for their fabulous service and attitude - the guys in question are Galied, Alec, Raymond, Michael, and Louis whom I have not met but have had some contact on e-mail. The only place to go to have your motor vehicle damages assessed.
